Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. What a difference! I bought a new car at a dealership in South Portland, Maine and will never go back there. Don't trust them. A month ago that car was totaled. After researching for two weeks I found the car I wanted online. I called Tulley and drove there from Maine the next day. I bought a 2018 BMW i3s from Tung Vu. This is how dealers should operate. They were upfront and honest and helpful and friendly. I wish all dealers were like this.

The experience with Tulley BMW did not start well as there was miscommunication as to which location the car we wanted to see was located and some frustration because when making an appointment with the business development representative to see the car and telling him we lived about an hour and half away, we got a text message informing us the car was not available 10 minutes before our appointment. However, Noah our sales representative and Zavier the BMW genius, made the purchase experience very good. They both were professional and took the time to answer all our questions.
