Used BMW X3 for sale near Old Bridge, NJ

Had a good experience overall but was disappointed to discover that this dealership added $3000 in extra unnecessary fees onto the price of the vehicle listed. This made the price more in line with other sellers. So, it made the deal less enticing. Nevertheless, I was able to negotiate the removal of $1500 of the $3000 so, I did ultimately purchase the vehicle. The rest of the transaction went well. I very much appreciated working with my salesman Tony. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and was easy to deal with. I would recommend this dealer but would advise customers to look very carefully at their offer sheets before signing on the bottom line.

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I had a wonderful experience with Tom Albut - my Service Advisor at the dealership. Tom helped confirm and resolved all the issues I had brought up, and he was courteous and attentive at all times. This was a smooth experience all around, and I look forward to returning to BMW of Bridgewater in the future.

Danny really represented the dealership well. Buying a car can be a hassle, but he made it so much easier. Finance guy was thorough, friendly, and made sure I understood everything clearly. Great team all around. The best dealership ever!

I think that the current group of advisors is excellent, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a stressful job with lots of demands but never once did i feel ignored. We should remember that a bit of politeness and good attitude goes a long way.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team.
