I recently purchased a 2008 Acura RL from BMW of Devon. The dealership itself is visually appealing with a host of models on the showroom floor. Upon arrival (which was a Saturday . . . the busiest time to shop at ANY dealership) I was not greeted however a very attentive hostess asked if I was being helped and promptly had someone assist me with a test drive. Andrew, my sales associate, was extremely personable and helpful. As a person that do not like wasting my time, I cut to the chase and started the purchase process. Without going through all the details of my purchase, I'll summarize by saying EVERYONE (from the used sales associate, manager and finance manager) did an excellent job ensuring my purchase experience was a great one. The reason I felt compelled to write this review is because although I did not purchase a BMW EVERYONE at the dealership treated me as if I was purchasing a 2017 7 series, and that speaks volumes about the dealership. I DO plan on leasing/purchasing a BMW soon . . . and I can say without a doubt that I know where I'm going.
Jessica provided the one positive experience EVER in buying a car and I have definitely purchased my fair share of automobiles! She was not pushy but professional and knowledgable in every aspect of her job. She was very "real" and made the experience actually fun. Even when I had been there for literally hours, she enthusiastically jumped in to provide any service and answer even the most basic question (especially involving the technology of the car. This is my 3rd car (including my dad's 2006 auto) at Rice and once again, I am not disappointed! I would definitely ask Miss Jessica to be my person again!
After researching small/compact SUV's we had narrowed our choices down to the Honda CR-V and one other brand vehicle. We test drove at East Coast Honda and were impressed with the vehicle's ride, interior room, trunk space, and technology. Decided to stick with Honda - this is #7!
I'm very thankful to Sweetcars for the ongoing support and help I received with the purchase of my 2010 Aston Martin DBS. I would like yo thank all the staff and in particular my sales agent Larry who went above and beyond in keeping me informed as to status of the car and additional detail work I had them perform which was of top quality. This was an unique purchase due to the fact I purchased the car without visiting the showroom myself, and that the Aston was to be exported to Canada. The car arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as represented by the dealer, we all learned a few things during this process which i'm sure will only enhance Sweetcars ability to serve others involved in the export of vehicles. Sheri in the office was also of great help with paperwork and title preparation, i'm not the easiest person to deal with at times but Sweetcars made me feel as part of the family. I highly recommend Sweetcars if you want honest hardworking nice people on your side. Thanks again Larry!!!!

I have been a long-time Porsche customer. When moving into the Atlanta area my previous dealer suggested Jim Ellis Porsche to take care of my cars. I've had great experience and support from the service group (a shout-out to Craig Buffinton who takes excellent care of my vehicles.) This was my first experience buying a car. It also was great. Brandon Matsumoto provided the "exact" amount of interaction and support for my wife and I to feel comfortable with the process. Ryan McIntyre, the pre-owned sales manager helped us work through a couple of points unique to our needs. The quality and depth of the selection was important. I have made my purchase of a CPO 2016 Cayenne S and am very satisfied with all aspects of the experience.
I have been taking my 2011 BMW 335ix to Bill Jacobs for several years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Although I might be able to find a lower price from an independent shop, I don't believe it is worth it in the long run given the complexities of these cars (note, I do change the oil and filter on the car myself, however). I will continue to support this dealership because of the quality of their service.
To whom it may Concern, I bought my Honda 18 years ago, have used maintenance from Barrington Motors in the past. I have used maintenance closer to me and have only replaced batteries and brakes with original Honda parts. I have kept it in pristine condition and one morning in my garage my radio/CD player would not work without a code to restart it. This was after 18 years and no one could help because when I bought it from you no code was given to me. I had a letter from Honda saying that delivery of my manual was late. With Extraordinary help from Rich Cano he was able to get a code to restart my radio/CD player without having to take the radio out. Brandon did an outstanding job as my salesperson. I couldn't be more satisfied. Since I orderd a custom built 430i, which took 9 weeks from order to delivery, I really appreciated that Brandon stayed in regular touch with me - providing ongoing progress updates. The initial process of "making the deal" was the best ever. he offered me a very fair leasing price, the first time out, without all the haggling and hassle that usually leaves me with my stomach in knots and the feeling I've been duped. Instead I felt valued and like the dealership cared enough about keeping me as a returning customer that they didn't have to try and squeeze every last dime out of me. On the day I took delivery, the lease signing process, with Bob Whay, was quick and painless, and although he provided some options for additional warranty add-ons, it was free of the usual hard-sell approach. I also appreciated meeting the owner, Craig Suntrup. I always feel like the owner's presence provides some comfort to the customer that he cares enough to keep an eye on things, and that he cares enough about his customers to actually want to meet them, not just hide behind some executive's office door. On my previous BMW lease, I used BMW of West St. Louis for all my scheduled service and they were awesome. They even offered the option of picking up my car at my office and providing a loaner. All that extra attention to detail and customer care, made it a no-brainer to use them as my service center, and I plan to do the same with this new lease. I look forward to working with Brandon again, when it's time for my next car, and would recommend him to any of my friends.
From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.
Ryan leach is the sales who helped me smoothly transition from previously leased 3 series to x1 recently. He helped shorten the buying process and all beyond my expectation.
My partner and I met Kyle Junek at the Denver Auto show, and asked him questions about the 2017 Honda CR-V line-up. Kyle was informative, answered our questions, and had us visiting him at the dealership two days later to get more details. Kyle told us the MSRP of the car, the price of our requested accessories (plus labor and installation), available dealer incentives, and gave me a firm number for my trade-in that was very fair. And, Schomp Honda has no dealer handling fees! While it seemed like a good deal, we shopped another Denver dealership (which shall remain nameless) just to ensure the deal was solid. The typical car sales shenanigans ensued (we'll give you between $9k and $10k for your car, we have incentives between $1k and $1,500, our dealership handling fee is $599, but we'll beat any price. So go find a lower price and bring it back to us and we'll beat it. No thank you! Not only was the process surprisingly painless, but Kyle went above and beyond. I was indecisive on a half dozen accessories. He had them all ordered, and in stock, when we were ready to do the paperwork on the car, and tested them each out on the car to allow me to determine if I wanted it or not. What customer service. I highly encourage anyone in the market for a new Honda to run, not walk, to Schomp Honda and ask for Kyle Junek!

Clean facility. While awaiting my car that being serviced, the young lady in sales approached me and was actually quite good. I told her I was waiting for my car and she engaged me in a conversation and did a pretty good job of describing the new 2016 i8 model I was looking at (I have a 2014 i8). I was impressed even though she said she was relatively new to the dealership.
The fellow in service could not have been more professional and, followed up properly which is a bonus. Good job! Thanks! John
