A new owner of a 2019 BMW X4 M40i and loving it so far. Very sharp inside and out with a lot of punch. The vehicle handles great and has a lot of space inside. It sounds imposing. I’d say the downside is the rear blind spots and missing space over an X3 (mine has non run flats and the storage space under the rear storage is taken by a donut tire). But once you lower the rear seat headrests and get used to it, the blind spot isn’t troublesome. At the end of the day the X3 is a great SUV (I had one) but the X4 is much sportier, if that’s your thing. I just wish the M40i had more M trademarks, such as M sports steering wheel and M branding on the front seats as my recent 440i M sport edition did. But for sports + some utility, I recommend the X4.

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW

1 week ago traded my 2020 BMW X3M for the 2023 X4 M40i. Now I’ll be able to drive the car all year round! Living in NH my X3M was in a garage from Nov - March :-( Yes the X4 M40i isn’t as quick, but close. It does have better styling, more sporty looking and a much smoother drive, X3M was a very aggressive drive which didn’t bother me…much! Overall this feels “just right”!

I needed a vehicle to go fishing with and they had the perfect vehicle available. The vehicle was exactly how I saw it in the pictures. Super easy process thanks Aaron

The speed of this 4 Cyclinder is a force to be reckoned with! I can’t imagine getting a M Series! Put it in the sport settings & it’s gone!!! Beautiful car inside & out! I’m ecstatic about my purchase for Christmas!

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

This car is an excellent performer. Drives and handles like a BMW, plenty of room. Very good gas mileage, great acceleration and good looking. Hits all of my needs.

I am a big Porsche enthusiast and this place's showroom is full of gems. Dealership was clean and very nicely kept up. I was greeted by Samuel Chocholac and he was super hospitable! Showed me a bunch of cars and then we started talking about our watch collections and we hung out for a few hours. Needless to say he's not just a sales person. He makes you feel like you are a part of his circle/family. He introduced me to some of his friends in his circle who are also car collectors and had similar tastes as me. I later realized that he was a social media super star and had half a million followers on his account haha! Amazing! I do have a new GT car on order through Sam as well. Can't wait! Please look for Sam for any and all of your Porsche needs :).

As a long time BMW “M” owner, I needed a “family” car, and came upon my 2019 X4Msport40i totally by accident, but what a find it has been. 100% reliable for 30,000 miles so far, terrific seats, and, um... FAST. Complaints? I wish the stereo was a bit better.

Seems to keep high quality high end used cars. Facility is a bit of of problem being a warehouse, they have to keep moving cars around but the guys don't seem to mind. Overall recommend.

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

I can't say enough about my 2020 BMW X4. I found excuses to drive, just to take it out and throw it around corners (to quote my son, who also oddly found just as many excuses to drive). Competent in snow, secure on dirt/gravel roads, I felt secure in driving in whatever rural Montana tossed my way. The cabin is spacious and well laid out. Controls are easy to access and displays are very clear/easy to read. Sufficient power to conquer mountain passes, and my average fuel economy (driving like an idiot at times) hovered around 29-30 mpg. Cargo space... to quote one reviewer, "I'm not the ****** UPS man" - if you need cargo space, go with the X3 or X5 (and look like just about every other driver in Bozeman MT). We moved our son to school (all of his stuff, and 3 adults) in the X4 w/o any issues. It's roomier than reviews make it out to be. No issues with reliability, and it is the safest vehicle I've ever owned. I was t-boned by a driver (who was on her phone) doing at least 25 mph & while her car was destroyed, mine was injured but driveable, and I was uninjured despite her slamming directly into the driver's side. I would gladly recommend an X4; it's the best of all worlds providing comfort/sporty driving, 8" clearance, and a bit of space in the back end. And it's not "silly looking". You won't regret it.

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Ed was extraordinarily responsive, answering my (many) texts within minutes! Ed demonstrated exceptional professionalism, caring and compassion. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating.
