Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

I expected the usual bait-and-switch - “Oh, that one’s already sold.” But the F‑150 I saw online was really there. The salesperson didn’t fake a smile or play games. Just straight talk. That kind of transparency builds trust.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

I am a proud owner of a 2020 Equinox. I have only had it a few days and I can honestly say I love this SUV. Kyle was my salesperson during the process. I highly recommend him! He was not pushy at all. Car buying can be stressful and uneasy. I never felt that way at all. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Kept open communication throughout the process. Best buying experience ever. This was my 1st online purchase. The price advertised on Cargurus was the actual price I paid…no hidden fees, no dealer fee, it was straight forward with no surprises. This is the 1st dealer I‘ve ever found like this, it seemed to good to be true but everything was easy. The price of the car was the best deal I could find, the same car at other dealers was anywhere from $3-5K more..then comes the 1-2K fees. So after everything was worked out & it came time to ship the car, Cox & Co. Motorcar (Mark) found me a transporter for only $450 to get the car from Nashville TN to South Mills NC in just 1 day. When the car arrived I was impressed by the quality of the transporter that Mark arranged, very professional. After inspecting the car I was yet surprised again, I can tell that Cox & Co.
