The staff at BMW of Towson was so helpful and professional. They were never pushy in their customer service which I appreciated having had bad experiences at other places before. They answered the many questions I had and were so patient with my slow decision making. I was also buying a used non bmw car but I felt that they treated me like I was buying the most expensive bmw. Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had many questions regarding the functions and option available on the vehicle and the staff was always helpful (and patient) while providing explanations. I would recommend the dealership my friends. Very good service.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

This dealership was honest and up front with me. I was interested in a truck. I sent a email about it, they responded very quickly and seemed interested in assisting. Before I got to the dealer the truck was sold. No problem with that. Someone got their first. What I liked is the dealer let me know before making a 80 mile drive the truck was gone. I recommend this place.

Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

Great experience with Mike Walter! Friendly, no pressure, reserved car ahead of time for us to drive 2 hours to view the next day. Highly recommend.

First SUV. This X5 is the best. Looks, ride, technology , athletic, and base motor is strong. This is my 6th BMW they just keep getting better..
