I have been buying cars since I was 16 I am now 66 so for 50 years . I have never had such a pleasant experience in buying a car as at Seattle Mini ! I will never buy a car from any other dealer in Seattle but Seattle mini . Nick and I worked together to find exactly what I was looking for in my mini . Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Richards Motorcars, mainly due to the GM I worked with, Joe, who was great. He was prompt and very easy to communicate with over the phone and via texts. He answered a lot of the questions I had before I even made it to the dealership. I made an appointment, checked out the car and was able to do the test drive, fill out all the paperwork, and complete the purchase in a little over an hour. I couldn’t recommend the dealership more.

Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

This is the second countryman we?ve bought in two years. Love them. The process is easy. My sales rep (Gary) listens. Thanks to all.

First SUV. This X5 is the best. Looks, ride, technology , athletic, and base motor is strong. This is my 6th BMW they just keep getting better..

This dealership is composed of awesome people. They know their business well and are always willing to listen and deal with you. Everyone is interacting with you at all times. You are never alone, and if you need to have anything, they are on top of it right away. I got there on a Friday at about 11:00am, test drove the car, dealt with Scott most of the time, but Gary was also instrumental in to putting together the deal. I left with the car of my dream as my retirement gift from me to me and completed the transaction with financing and drove out with the car by 5:00pm. What a day! Honesty, if you find the car you really want there, this is the dealer you would actually enjoy dealing with. No haggling and no pressure, just good old business as it use to be years ago. I highly recommend for anyone to give it a try, you will not regret it. Oh, by the way, I will never regret that I had to drive two hours to get to Coast Mazda. Best decision I ever made.

Pros: clean showroom, open Carfax access, a manager who knows their stuff. Cons: tight parking up front, had to circle around. But the price on the Jeep Grand Cherokee matched the online listing down to the cent.

My car issues have been resolved . The price was dropped down, I did wish they would of payed for the whole deal, but it is, what it is. The word integrity has been lost in today's world.

Ask for Sally in sales and/or Grant in finance they will make you feel right at home and eager to listen and answer any questions that you may have. No one hates car shopping more than I do. BUT Nalley GMC made my car shopping a quick and painless experience without the feeling of being rushed. Everything was taken care of online and when I went in to sign and pickup my vehicle I was in and out in under an hour.

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership! Griffin was my primary contact throughout the sales process and I cannot thank him enough for the wonderful assistance he provided me. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and upon hearing about the negative experiences people have had at dealerships in general I became nervous about the process but Griffin alleviated my nerves quickly. He was not your typical pushy or overly persuasive car salesman, rather he was respectful, attentive, and patient from beginning to end, especially when answering my questions, teaching me how to navigate the technology of the car, setting up the Mercedes app and so forth. Not to mention that due to my initial nervousness I had brought my family along and Griffin also took the time to answer their questions, which I appreciated as I know addressing the comments of multiple people at one time can be a lot to handle.
