I found a used car at Laurel BMW of Westmont and went to check ot out. I arrived at the beautiful dealership and was behind the wheel on a test drive within a matter of minutes. My salesperson, Jeff Abbas, was nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He made the buying process easy and as fast as possible. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He's honest and provides good customer servixe. The Finance Director was also great to work with and arranged financing pretty quickly at an affordable rate.

My experience was surprisingly really good. Matthew Coleman my sales representative was attentive, personable, patient, friendly and a pretty good multitasker. Speaking with and negotiating with David the finance guy was stressful but (those situations usually are) he did his best to explain and settle any concerns. I’m very pleased with the vehicle I finally chose and I got it at a price pretty good price.

Amazing experience buying IX from Bill Jacobs. Michael Fontana was fantastic in hand holding me along the way - all while making a virtual purchase! BMW issued a temporary recall block on this and many other similar vehicles and the purchase was held for more than a week. Among other things, Michael would update me the status on a daily basis and promptly facilitated the purchase right after the recall fix. I recently visited the BMW Houston North location for service on the x7 I was driving. After speaking with my service advisor about wanting to downsize he put me in touch with Desmond in sales. Desmond was the perfect fit for me. I had 0 clue what I was wanting to downsize to.. I had not looked at anything prior to my meeting with him. He walked me through several options. He provided different payment overviews for each option. He was patient with me as I took a few days to go over everything and make a choice. Desmond was informative, patient, attentive without being too pushy, and kind. He brought in his Supervisor, Justin to look over all the numbers and help see if there was a way I could get everything I was accustomed to and still allow me to downsize and it needed to be affordable, lol! My experience with them both wasn?t anything short of perfect. My trade in was successful and I am happy! Great experience!

Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.
