Seems my car was not completely ready so had to come back to complete the process and that lasted 5h vs 1h initially communicated + i was asked to pay (so communication between services could be enhanced)

Had an awesome experience with salesman -Erick Bautista from beginning to end of purchase at BMW of Fairfax. Originally found my Range Rover Evoque online.
