Today I picked up my new 2022 330i xdrive with the M-Sport package.....nice! I was fortunate to have Nectarios Aristidou...aka..Nick, who is without a doubt, a great car salesman. He helped me order my new car directly from the BMW manufacturer in Germay....without any preasure. The dealership bought my 2019 530i xdrive and applied the equity towards my new lease. The car buying process at Habberstad BMW was rather straightforward. My salesperson, Paola, was very helpful in scheduling a visit to view the car and test drive, and answering any questions I had. Only once we were satisfied with the car did we move on to speaking about payment. Habberstad BMW didn't tack on any hidden fees, so taxes, titles, and document fees were the only additional costs, which they made transparent from the start. When it came to purchasing and picking up, the process was streamlined and was done in no more than one hour. After papers were signed, I was able to drive the car home and enjoy it. I would recommend Habberstad BMW to someone looking to buy a new or used car.

I have been working with a sales specialist/BMW Genius James K for an i4 (stunning Dravit Gray w/red interior) at Habberstad Bay Shore BMW. James is incredibly knowledgeable, very customer service oriented and always responds to any inquires, truly personal treatment. I had a question on pricing that he escalated to the Manager Larry and they accommodated best market pricing even in this difficult market. Habberstad BMW is farther from me than a local BMW dealer but I will use them because of their customer loyalty. James went to bat for me on pricing and this reinforced that the relationship is more important than just a few dollars. A+ to James K. in sales and Larry in management for their customer care. I would highly recommend James if you need a car.

Purchasing a certified pre-owned X3 from Habberstad was handled in friendly, efficient and professional manner.
