Really appreciate the excellent service and help from Angela. I was scheduled for routine maintenance and when I arrived asked about preemptive change of my 12 v battery, and during inspection was found I needed new rim and tire. Not cheap 😂, but car done in the same day!

Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.

Thanks to Keith Hauser in service dept for a great job! Fast and easy! I had a punctured tire replaced under warranty and other service and was treated professionally and quickly.

The BMW in general is a fabulous, good looking car. With its 7 airbags comfortable leather interior, run flat tires, it?s a dream to drive. I brought my car in for a tire repair/replacement. I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcome in by Jalen. He was thorough, thoughtful, and very professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When I returned to get my car, he noticed that I was in a hurry trying to get to church. He jumped up out of his seat and drove my car around himself instead of making me wait for the normal process. He cared. I did not ask him to do that to, he just observed that I was in a hurry and took it upon himself to go the extra mile. His service was outstanding... Kudos Jalen!!!!!

Was driving in the area yesterday in the afternoon , hit a massive pothole and was stuck with a blown tire. I am not from the area and had never visited the dealer. The people in the service department could have not been nicer! They helped reach a tow company, got my vehicle into the shop , replaced my flat and back on the road within an hour! A+++ service . Could not be happier and will return for service when back in the area.

Good service advisors. Good techs. Video describing condition of vehicle enhances customer experience. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Somewhat expensive, but in general a wortwhile expense.

One thing I will say the price on the vehicle is set there is no wiggle room they are already priced low, I agree. What got me was no one was pushing me to buy the guy Alec who helped me take it out for a spin was freaking awesome and showed me some cool features. Antonio the sales rep got me a mind blower 2.49 financing I was sold.
