Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

Roy and Jordan in sales are the A team. Honest, clear, very fair pricing and took all the time I could have asked for to explain options and ultimately when I bought a new car took the time to show me how it all works. Great guys, great car I am very happy I bought from them

Every time I?ve been to BMW of Carlsbad it?s been busy and packed for being a car dealership. But I understand why, it?s because of their excellent customer service all around. Most sales people from my experience sell it and forget it. Not here, they reached out to me and when I voiced my concern they said bring it to us (shout out to Fred) With no hesitation no further questions no haggling, they even made sure I got a rental so I wouldn?t be without a vehicle. It?s not just customer service you get it also comes with care which is hard to come across these days!!!! So I highly recommend this place. (No you don?t have to be rich to shop here because I?m not but they will take care of you)

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Smooth purchase experience. Did not try adding on additional cost or pressure you to purchase additional warranty. Just advertise price plus tax, title, registration and reasonable dealer fee.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Had the car for about a month and it is everything I wanted and more. Great purchasing experience. Even better driving experience. Definitely would recommend.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

I don?t know where to start. From Rick (Sales Mgr.) to Mark (Sales Agent), Craig (Sales Agent), Matt (Mgr.), Burt & Osmond (Finance), and Ronaldo (Service) plus the entire service team. Nothing short of amazing. I purchased a 330e and luck would have it that things didn?t work as planned when I bought the car. BMW Murrieta Team simply took the car back and exchanged for another vehicle. Rick is an amazing human being along with Ronaldo, Mark, Craig, Matt, and the entire BMW Murrieta staff. I have never met such caring people in the car industry as the BMW Murrieta Team. Words cannot explain how much gratitude, respect, and appreciation I have for those folks. They are the true definition of ?Genuine? people. I will forever be grateful for them and will always go back to them for any car needs and my next car for as long as that team is present. Anyone who needs a car please go see these amazing human beings. They are truly the best and they really are caring and will ALWAYS make things right for their customers. My Service Advisor is Allison and I try not to work with anyone else. She is amazing I don't trust my M4 to just anyone but Allison makes the cut. Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

After have had Mercedes since 1985 this is my First BMW. My 2024 x5 is a winner. I love almost all of it.. The only issue is the seats are not as good as the GLE Mercecedes. The Dealership is the Best!!! Avery and Gregg are as nice as they could be...
