Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I went to Crevier to find my next sporty and beautiful convertible last weekend. Since I had always gone there over the years and had a great experience, why change! The people always greet you when you walk in and my sales person MARLENE TAPIE is exceptional. When I go, I track her down. She really listens to her customers needs and does not waste their time, in fact she puts in all of her time to assist her customers in whatever way she can. She is extremely kind and helpful. She has always made each one of my leases and purchases a great experience. THANK YOU Marlene for totally being there for me and I love my new M850i … just need to learn the bells and whistles. Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I just had a service performed at Crevier BMW with John Thatcher. Been going there for 13+ years and worked with John almost exclusively. Of all the service advisors I have had the pleasure working with at multiple dealers and different brands, John is the best, friendliest and most knowledgeable person.

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

If you?re looking for a place that?s honest, fast, and reliable this is the place to be at. I?ve been working with Jeff for over 10 years and when he?s not there Cash takes care of me. Great thing is that cash takes care of me like if it was Jeff. Thank you guys! I love waiting there they have free wifi and great coffee. My vehicle always leaves in a better condition.
