Used BMW X5 for sale near El Segundo, CA under $30,000

My tire pressure monitor light came on so I took it to Cesar Pleitez. He fixed the problem even though it took almost eight hours of programming which is normal. I am very happy. SM BMW offered me Uber ride as well .

Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

We just “went looking” today and ended buying a used car. No pressure. The process was not painful lol. Everyone was so nice. Our salesperson was so knowledgeable about the car. Once we made a decision to buy the process went pretty quickly. I would highly recommend them!

I bought my 2009 X5 4.8 liter used with 40k miles on it. Driven it 110,000 additional miles to date and it has been an AWESOME car. Reliable, strong and drives more like a sports car than an SUV. The body style has been overhauled by BMW 3 times since then, yet even at this age the car looks elegant and solid inside and out. German engineering at its best!! Can't wait to get my new one.

My first Bmw x5 was a 2013 and was wrecked and was a great car . I purchased a 2015 this year as a upgrade and I love it.

The sales person Desmond was awesome. I came to car lux specifically for one particular car that I saw online. That particular car was not available. However, Desmond worked extremely hard to get me in not just any car, but the right car to suit my needs. He worked tirelessly with the finance department to insure that got the car that I ended up purchasing. So not only did he pay attention to my wants, he also paid close attention to my needs. After four BMW's over 25 years at Santa Monica BMW, I think I am a fine representative to write. a review on them. I never purchased a vehicle from them, always somewhere else. However, always serviced my car there... 1) a 2012 328i hardtop convertible, 2) a 2014 328 Sportwagon, 3) a 2012 328i 6 cyclinder sportwagon, and 4) a 2019 X3 S30i. My favorite of the bunch was the engine of the X3, the sport suspension of the 2014 sportwagion, and the best torque was the 6-cyclider 2012 Sportwagon. Overall favorite is the newest X3... what a car. After all these years, I only had one issue..I was promised a car detail if I did a review of the service rep's work before my car was done, and after when I brought it up, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about... Lesson: GET IT IN WRITING, ALWAYS! Just because they"recommend" something you don't need to do it. Remember that. Overall, it is a great delealership in my eyes. I would go here vs.Beverly Hills BMW any day!

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

Great car especially when you put the time and energy to make it purr. Change the oil more than recommended. Do NOT follow the BMW recommendations on fluids. This car requires thought. Inflate the tires as high as possible. This partly solves the stiff steering issue. Handles great at 120 mph. Not great steering in parking lot. V8 engine is superior. Learn to live and love the many quirks of a BMW.

I've owned many vehicles from Porsches to Land Cruisers from sports cars to heavy duty trucks. I would have to rate this as one of my all time favorite vehicles. I've been driving legally for well over 40 years and have long ago lost count of the number of vehicles I've owned. Probably just over 40 cars by now.

I have a question everyone . I have a 2008 bmw x5 . It has 183,000 miles on it . It’s has a 4x4 light on engine and a triangle looking thing on top . I want to drive it 9 hours back and fourth , would it make it there ? How far have yall driving yall bmw ?

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.
