I can't say enough about the experience of buying our BMW here. My wife and I aren't wealthy professionals and sometimes find a big luxury dealership intimidating but put this out of your mind when shopping at Gwinnett. Martin and Alex made us feel comfortable completely welcome from the beginning of the sales process. This was also a perfectly hassle free experience. They didn't try to sell us things we didn't need and were professionals in every regard. I appreciate the ease of the transaction and the courteous and friendly staff at every step of the buying process. Do yourself a favor if you're interested in buying a BMW and buy here! I live 6 hours away from the dealership but I will be buying from them again because they have great prices too.

I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

Great work getting me approved worked very hard ..

The car is spectacular, it only brings a defect to me concern, the star/stop bottom does not have the option to deactivate it, although in sport mode it is not bad. In areas of uneven pavement the car jumps like a rabbit, it's not comfortable, but smooth is not bad. The car is almost perfect except for those two things, and very economical in the city, spectacular on the highway and off roads or mountains, it is super good and capable. Mine has not brought mechanical or electrical problems. super nice everything

Simply put, Jeff handled my car buying experience exactly as I had hoped it would go. He was on time for our appointment, did not seem in a hurry during the test-drive and made certain the car was clean before viewing. I purchased the vehicle within 72 business hours of viewing it and on rainy day, Jeff had the car professionally cleaned (not to mention a full tank of gas.) I would do business with Jeff again if the need presents itself and would certainly refer all my family and friends to him as well. Overall, Jeff is a "stand-up" type guy!
