1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Good for the most part. Sometimes slow to respond resulting in the car I was interested in being sold while I was waiting for information.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

No issues great service did not have anything to complain about. Sales and financing all one place fast and friendly service. Hope to return and buy again

They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. We bought a car here at Auto Trademark and had to do it in a hurry. We spent a couple hours looking at and driving cars and the entire time we were never hassled or pressured. It was a pretty laid back environment. We bought a car and drove away. About 9 days later the car started giving us problems. A hose had broke and the dealership stepped right up and took care of the issue. I was back in my car the same day. We were shocked it all happened so quickly and professionally. This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. It is easy to tell that both Ceandria and Hannah enjoy their jobs, do them exceptionally well and with confidence. Both made me feel at home. I traveled 2 1/2 hours and my next car buying dealership will begin and end with Passport.

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.
