I was very pleased with BMW of Sterling service department. I got in ok and then I received a Lyft ride back home and was promptly notified later that day via text that my vehicle was ready. At which time they arranged for another Lyft ride to pick me up from home and take me back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle!! Please keep this service!!!! Reoccurring suspension problem remains unresolved. Problem results in eating up tires in 20k miles of highway miles. Effects handling of car to some minor degree. Driver is a senior citizen. Fifty years of driving. No road or drag racing. No other drivers. Third BMW, never had this problem.
