Matthew was very helpful and got my recalls all taken care of and even tried to see about fixing our radio. Unfortunately he couldn?t fix the radio because we had to put in an aftermarket one. But they at least looked at it for us. I would most definitely recommend Baron BMW.

I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. Had a maintenance service which cause a small part damage hence replacement. Waited for weeks to get it replaced. Through out the process the service advisor was helpful and responsive despite their subcontractors didn?t perform well, but I was updated promptly and apologetically by the service staff.
