I brought my BMW in for an oil change. It?s been a year since the last change which is what they recommend. I put less than 5K miles on it in a year. Everything went well with my service writer and the repairs. My only complaint is I had an appointment and it took slightly over 2.5 hours! I knocked the facility because they have the service department in a temporary area. The customer lounge seats are low, well worn and uncomfortable.

I came in as a walk-in without a appointment, but Quentin took great care of me from beginning to end. Despite the hot weather, he provided excellent service, and I ended up purchasing a car afterward. If I’m ever in the area again, I’d love to stop by and say hello.
