Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.

Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. Had an issue with software and car charger. bMW took care of both issues and provided a loaner car. Car was cleaned and detailed when I returned and all issues were resolved.

Had several service and repair issues that needed attention. Most things went well. Had one problem that they were having trouble repairing, but they worked eith me to resolve it.

My car experience was excellent. I found my new car online and it was available at the Rockville dealership which is a nice facility. I was not at the dealership for hours. It was a fast process and when I picked up the vehicle the next day they took their time showing me how to work the elaborate features in my car. Great and friendly staff. I've been working with Devin Vargo since he started at Hendrick BMW in Charlotte. Devin is always incredible nice, personable, willing to take the time to discuss everything and any questions I may have, and is overall the main reason I continue bringing my car back to Hendrick BMW. He never tries to force my hand on any decisions, and will make sure I have all of the necessary information to make an informed decision on my own. The only reason I did not rate the dealership 5/5 for everything is that the dealership is noticeably more expensive than anywhere else you will get work done. However, you do know that the work will be done to a high standard of quality and if anything does go wrong you know they will fix it.
