Excellent drive. Extreme technology but apparently the chip shortage made Bmw stop the wireless phone charging from being standard. It’s not an obvious option to choose it because ALL literature and videos suggests that it’s standard. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, the eco pro mode may be a waste of technology for bmw drivers. We like power. So the option to save 10 miles on a full tank isn’t that helpful when you lose all power.

Without an appointment on a Saturday, I was first introduced to Carie King ( service advisor ), explained my dilemma and she was as able to check me in, register my vehicle and verify if parts were available. Within minutes my vehicle was in the service bay and being diagnosed . A service technician texted me of the needed repairs as well as other that were discovered on inspection. It was determined that all I needed was a new bulb , after a very thorough wash and vacuum, my vehicle was returned to me within a reasonable time . I can not tell you how gratifying it was to find this dealership and to have my first impression be so amazing. They really rocked it and I now am a return customer.
