I think that the current group of advisors is excellent, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a stressful job with lots of demands but never once did i feel ignored. We should remember that a bit of politeness and good attitude goes a long way.

I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars it’s because of the service rep Chelsea. That young lady was pure class. Very professional from the moment I walked in. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with her. Over the past year I’ve been used to being ignored by the service reps. Saying good morning just to get an acknowledgment. But some people find being on their cell phone and texting is more important than responding to a good morning. You literally have to ask people for help even though there’s customer in front of you. Finally on this trip as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Chelsea. I was very impressed with her professionalism. She was very polite and patient. She did search on the computer and sold me a package. Other Than the big guy outside who takes picture of the cars coming in, Chelsea is the absolute most professional service advisor I have ever dealt with in that dealership. Excellent service. I really felt welcomed on that day.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Daniel Pieroni was excellent to deal with. I bought a lightly used vehicle that was exactly what my wife was looking for that we could not find closer to home. Despite being in St. Louis, MO and Daniel being in NJ, he made me feel comfortable enough to buy the vehicle without seeing it first. He sent me pictures and immediately answered multiple questions I asked. He also went above and beyond to have some minor scratches treated so the car arrived looking practically brand new despite being 3 years old with 17k miles. Getting me to feel comfortable and safe in my knew car and its remarkable features. As a sales man went back to ask for every thing that I was expecting. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why.
