After purchasing the car we noticed some damage that we had all missed but was noticed by the shipping company. Upon noticing the damage Michael and Vinny profusely apologized for missing the damage and were quick to make it right. Yesterday I went to pick up my 2024 X4 BMW at Morristown Dealership. My salesman was Rick Fanfan whom I think was amazing with his delivery. Getting me to feel comfortable and safe in my knew car and its remarkable features. As a sales man went back to ask for every thing that I was expecting. I think that the current group of advisors is excellent, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a stressful job with lots of demands but never once did i feel ignored. We should remember that a bit of politeness and good attitude goes a long way.

Amazing experience. Aleks was a BIG help getting me into a 21 Mercedes GLC 300. Would highly recommend people to come here an sit down with this people. They tack on fees or do shady stuff. He made it an easy decision to leave with the car that day rather than risk losing an absolute steal of a car.

I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Daniel Pieroni was excellent to deal with. I bought a lightly used vehicle that was exactly what my wife was looking for that we could not find closer to home. Despite being in St. Louis, MO and Daniel being in NJ, he made me feel comfortable enough to buy the vehicle without seeing it first. He sent me pictures and immediately answered multiple questions I asked. He also went above and beyond to have some minor scratches treated so the car arrived looking practically brand new despite being 3 years old with 17k miles.
