I contacted VML Motors in regards to a BMW X5 M50i they had listed for sale. Mike, Andrea, and Vince were a pleasure to work with. Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

Vinny, Michael, and Andrea at VML Motors are the most reputable and easy to work with car dealers I have ever met. They made the process of buying the car as easy as it could be. After purchasing the car we noticed some damage that we had all missed but was noticed by the shipping company. Upon noticing the damage Michael and Vinny profusely apologized for missing the damage and were quick to make it right. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is thinking about doing business with them.

The prices were actually fair. I kept checking listings for a week, and this one turned out to be a couple grand cheaper, no weird conditions. What’s written in the ad is exactly what you end up paying. It’s nice when there are no hidden tricks.

I recently leased a 5series from Jose Valdez. He was honest and straight forward. Quick and open with all information. Friendly but yet still very profession! My Takata airbag inflated was recalled for my vehicle. I left the car with Jim Reed who took care of it within a matter of hours. It turned out that the airbag in my car wasn’t defective and what I thought would be a 2day wait, turned out to be a 4hr wait which was of very little inconvenience for me. Uber to and from the dealership cost me $45 which was much better than having to rent a vehicle. The attendees were very reassuring, accommodating and pleasant.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Daniel Pieroni was excellent to deal with. I bought a lightly used vehicle that was exactly what my wife was looking for that we could not find closer to home. Despite being in St. Louis, MO and Daniel being in NJ, he made me feel comfortable enough to buy the vehicle without seeing it first. He sent me pictures and immediately answered multiple questions I asked. He also went above and beyond to have some minor scratches treated so the car arrived looking practically brand new despite being 3 years old with 17k miles.
