This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Daniel Pieroni was excellent to deal with. I bought a lightly used vehicle that was exactly what my wife was looking for that we could not find closer to home. Despite being in St. Louis, MO and Daniel being in NJ, he made me feel comfortable enough to buy the vehicle without seeing it first. He sent me pictures and immediately answered multiple questions I asked. He also went above and beyond to have some minor scratches treated so the car arrived looking practically brand new despite being 3 years old with 17k miles. I would buy from Daniel and Park Ave BMW again in a heartbeat. It was painless and efficient as well as a pleasant surprise to deal with an honest, trustworthy car sales representative.

Really appreciated the process with Brad. Emailed back and forth about the final price of the car and just had to go in and do paperwork and pick it up. Highly recommend working with him - ask for Brad if you're going with this dealership. The only issue we had was with Heather, the Finance Delivery Specialist. We hadn't gone over the registration with anyone and when we told her that we had our own plates, she got very flustered and quite annoyed at us. She told us in a huff that she had to do the paperwork all over again. We then just asked about the financing term length and she snapped at us saying "I can't change that. That's set." Not only could she have been nicer, I'm pretty sure if we said we want a shorter financing length, we can do it. She just made it feel like we were wasting her time. Would not recommend working with her at all. Overall, really liked how thorough and great this dealership was. They made sure we understood all the aspects of the car and Brad was helpful and patient with the process.

This was the easiest experience I have ever had getting a car. Alex was very welcoming and friendly. I recently leased a 5series from Jose Valdez. He was honest and straight forward. Quick and open with all information. Friendly but yet still very profession! I have also spoken to another sales there but was unsatisfied with his work. Definitely no other dealership had an sales close to him and that's including leasing companies. My Takata airbag inflated was recalled for my vehicle. I left the car with Jim Reed who took care of it within a matter of hours. It turned out that the airbag in my car wasn’t defective and what I thought would be a 2day wait, turned out to be a 4hr wait which was of very little inconvenience for me. Uber to and from the dealership cost me $45 which was much better than having to rent a vehicle. The attendees were very reassuring, accommodating and pleasant.

The prices were actually fair. I kept checking listings for a week, and this one turned out to be a couple grand cheaper, no weird conditions. What’s written in the ad is exactly what you end up paying. It’s nice when there are no hidden tricks.

I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. He never tried to get me to consider something out of my price range. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. Recently purchased a 2022 Silverado from Sunrise Chevrolet.
