Awesome to drive. Smooth around curves. Barely feel bumps in the road. Most comfortable seats ever had. Solid. Beautiful interior and exterior! Easy to park. Lots of room!

Exceptional experience. The entire staff is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Service is always completed in a timely manner. As an added bonus the technician sends a live video to the customer as he is performing the vehicle’s diagnostics.

Mateen has been very helpful in our decision as to which vehicle to choose. He laid out options and scenarios that guided our decisions. Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Definitely would recommend everyone I know to this location.

On our first visit to Laurel, we were introduced to Naeem Morris and immediately felt we had chosen the correct dealership. What a challenging position to be in with the internet bursting with information. Naeem was quickly able to understand we had already done a fair amount of work in determining we were interested in the X5. He very professionally and kindly welcomed by 20 year old son into the conversation, via a phone call, once I shared that he was my ?purchasing consultant.? Naeem?s ability to work with both my husband, me and my son was so awesome. He respected where we were and helped make the transaction easy and great.
