As a new owner of a Mercedes-Benz I strongly recommend Koons Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville and not some **** _____ independent shop in the area. I was not looked down on in anyway because my car was an older used car with over 200 thousand miles on it. Ms. Jackie Pressman literally went above and beyond to explain to me everything from getting the initial diagnostic to the oil changes to the follow up.

Awesome to drive. Smooth around curves. Barely feel bumps in the road. Most comfortable seats ever had. Solid. Beautiful interior and exterior! Easy to park. Lots of room!

Everyone one was very nice, waiting 2 1/2 hrs for my oil change was a little too much for me although I do realize they were very busy but they did rotate my tires and oil change that being said, they did take good care of me to make sure my suv is running great so Thank you Koons Chevrolet

Facilities will be great when the renovation is complete. Until then, it?s a bit cramped inside and out. It has taken far too long.

My service manager Tom M is amazing at West Columbia Land Rover. Both of my Land Rovers had to go in at the same time. They go one of them back in less than 12 hours (new alternator) of going in. Then other one was ready the next day.

I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. Now that's what I call " CUSTOMER SERVICE We wanted Sam to know that we appreciated his workmanship and customer service for a job well done for an extremely satisfied customer.

My service technician Mr Nicholas Tomasko was ?Outstanding?. Very professional and explained everything that my car needed now and what l needed later. Thank you for your patience and understanding. He reached out to me every step and check to see if l had any questions.

I brought my BMW in for an oil change. It?s been a year since the last change which is what they recommend. I put less than 5K miles on it in a year. Everything went well with my service writer and the repairs. My only complaint is I had an appointment and it took slightly over 2.5 hours! I knocked the facility because they have the service department in a temporary area. The customer lounge seats are low, well worn and uncomfortable.

I want to recognize Donte for his amazing customer service. He?s always a joy to work with?professional, personable, and consistently goes above and beyond. Over time, he?s become my trusted advisor when it comes to anything with my BMW. I actually drive an hour to work with him, even though there?s another BMW dealership just 10 minutes from me. The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. It is easy to tell that both Ceandria and Hannah enjoy their jobs, do them exceptionally well and with confidence. Both made me feel at home. I traveled 2 1/2 hours and my next car buying dealership will begin and end with Passport.
