Had an awesome experience with salesman -Erick Bautista from beginning to end of purchase at BMW of Fairfax. Originally found my Range Rover Evoque online. Reached out to dealership and spoke with Erick. Completely professional, personable, knowledgeable and NOT pushy! Immediately sent pics/ info on car along with carfax. Very transparent!!! I was getting some service at the bmw on Owings Mills and this dealership is extremely well organized and the service is great, i to my Bmw X5 there with a lot of problems and came out like new. Mr. Derrick was my service advisor and he was in touch with me the intire time. Great jobs guys.
