My purchase was remote and she acted as my eyes and ears, providing a trustworthy assessment of the vehicle I selected as if it were her own. She answered questions, made a video and was readily available to answer questions leading up to and through the purchasing process. The shipping process was seamless with a fast turnaround time. Armin H. was great on the purchasing side of the process. Extremely detailed and clear on cost, warranties, etc. All around great team to work with!

I thought I should have gotten a better price on the car but who doesn’t? Kahled was my salesman and I couldn’t have had a better person. He is a very caring person and does his best to make everything in the deal go right, for the business and the customer.

Great experience at Bill Jacobs BMW. Christian Johnson was fantastic through the entire process. He was informative and not overbearing as I explored my options early in the year. It made the experience just right. After the order was in, he kept me updated through the months. Delivery was the best part, of course, with me finally getting my car. Yet Christian added to it, creating a great experience. Call out to the whole team, but also wanted to say April Gutierrez, the Finance Manager was extremely prepared, and incredibly pleasant. I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Ed was extraordinarily responsive, answering my (many) texts within minutes! Ed demonstrated exceptional professionalism, caring and compassion. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

Jay was amazing. The finance team was amazing. It was simple and easy and it never felt like they were trying to oversell us.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

My family has been coming to Long Beach BMW for years, and my wife and my most recent experience buying a new car from them reinforced why we keep coming back. I appreciated his patient style, answering my many questions comparing the X1 and X3, allowing me to make a very important, personal decision without pressure.
