Simple, fair, courteous! I was more than pleased with every aspect of purchase. My salesman, Kyle Barry was pleasant and extremely helpful. No unpleasant pushy sales pitch simply helpful information to help me come to a decision. I am finishing a 3500 mile driving vacation that I was able to thoroughly enjoy in good part due to the comfortability of this marvelous machine. I came in for a recall service of my BMW 328i. My Service agent Kiki was a delight! She was pleasant and informative. The service was completed in the time that was estimated.

Was kept informed of service activities and all charges explained. The service advisor was very clear on what was being done. The video run-through was helpful and showed the lack of changes/parts required.
