Due to BMW recall, BMW Mini Dallas reached out to me with information regarding additional time slots dedicated to completing this work. The appointment and follow up process was great! The time at dealership was an amazing experience. My daughter and I decided to have lunch. We enjoyed ride service. Upon our return, the work was done and my bimmer was ready and squeaky clean. We thought our journey with Mini was coming to an end. Drove our Countryman for 7-8years and it?s been so good to us. Then we received an offer from Mini that we had to check out!
