Called the parts department at closing time and could not have been treated more courteously and professionally by Tom. He took the time find a solution to my dilemma that six service people, four parts people at three other BMW dealers, and two rep from the BMW Genius Center could not solve. Recently took my BMW in for service… and as always Jeff Martin, our advisor, made my visit a five star experience. Took inventory of problems, ensured loaner, ensured technician video was sent, and he called to discuss… questions. Always trust that the work is done, and cars are safe and ready for the road. I wouldn’t consider taking our BMW’s anywhere else, although there are dealerships that are closer.

The entire purchase process was smooth and low-pressure, which I really appreciated. I appreciated his patient style, answering my many questions comparing the X1 and X3, allowing me to make a very important, personal decision without pressure. Nicole Bishop in Finance was also helpful and pleasant to work with. Kerrie Greene is an expert in all things iDrive and walked me through an extremely helpful orientation. I also got a fair value of my trade-in. Overall I had a very positive customer experience!

I took my 2023 5 series in for a vibration in my front wheel and faulty lock. They gave me a loaner, found the problem and fixed it all at no charge. I can’t say enough about Luis and the service mgr Will. They always go above and beyond. Brian the financial mgr is terrific too! Lots of good people to make sure you keep coming back!

I was camping in the mountains with my dog when I awoke in the morning with a flat run flat tire. The tire pressure was down to 2 pounds. I managed to find someone who could pump the tire up in the middle of a remote camping area. I called my dealership Back in Philadelphia and my closest BMW dealership to my camping site in Allentown. The service advisor Webb call me back within a half an hour. He found out the size of my tire and called around and ordered one from 80 miles away. He had it delivered that day to the dealership. I drove to the dealership And everyone there was very friendly. My dog was treated as a VIP. They gave me a great price on the tire and checked the whole car out. It could not have been a better experience. The head service advisor Webb was unbelievably friendly and great and helpful. I would give them a five star out of five.
