My car was totaled by a reckless driver a week ago (I was rear ended at high speed while I was sitting in traffic), so I was having to find a new car on a short and unexpected notice. I obviously wasn???t a very happy car shopper, given the reason behind my urgent need in a new car. After test driving several cars and visiting several ???luxury??? car dealerships, I was about to go home, but decided to visit one last dealership (Schomp BMW). I had BMWs in the past from Schomp, so I knew the quality of their cars and the outstanding quality of service they are well known for. However, I was blown away when I walked in their doors today. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I told her I was there to test drive the X3 and she immediately went in search of an available client advisor for me. She reappeared with a true gem and class act named Sam Nejad. I told Sam my story about my car being totaled by a reckless driver and that I was interested in the X3. He went right to work for me and I never looked back. He was extremely knowledgeable about BMWs, especially the X3. Before we went on our test drive, we walked around the entire vehicle and Sam pointed out all of the features and he did the same once we got inside the car. Once we got on the road, he showed me all of the features in real time as we were driving. At my previous ???luxury??? dealerships, the client advisors/sales people told me more about their personal lives than about the car. At one dealership, I knew more about the car???s features than the salesperson did and at another, I ended up knowing more about the salesperson???s entire life story than I learned about the car. Sam was honest, trustworthy and 100% BS-free. Not once did I have reservations about him. He has the rare and unique talent of balancing extreme professionalism with being funny and very personable. His passion about BMWs is infectious. I especially valued his ability to be very efficient, but yet not feeling rushed at all. He went above and beyond. I have no idea where Schomp BMW found Sam, but I hope they hang on to him because he is the real deal. I have to say everyone I interacted with today at Schomp BMW was exceptional: so friendly, helpful and professional without being overbearing at all. Schomp BMW and Sam Nejad are refreshing in the world of car dealerships. They know the perfect recipe for doing it right. Thank you!

Beautifully built and solid features. The air suspension is phenomenal and makes for a very smooth ride. I’ve had this for a 10 days and living in Minnesota already experiences a late winter 15” storm. The traction control is very good too. While the large grille was dissed initially- in person the car is gorgeous with the grills perfectly proportioned.
Enjoyed our time with Sergey! Didn't plan on driving a car home that day, but glad we did!!

The 4.0 is version is responsive, and powerful for what I need it to do. Whether you are driving the country backroads or cruising down the highway it was very comfortable.
My husband and I recently purchased our second BMW on (8/30/2016). Jay Cruz was our advisor and I have to say that he could not have been more pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! This was hands down the most stress-free car buying experience we have ever had. Jay was on top of his game no matter what questions we had. Our car had a slight problem we noticed after driving it home 170 miles away and Jay responded immediately and advised us how to handle getting it serviced at home (which was corrected promptly). He then followed up to ensure the problem was addressed. I would highly recommended Jay Cruz to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. He is an asset to the company and was a pleasure to work with. Bought a X7 40 3 weeks ago and have put 1100 miles on it. I can honestly say that it is the most comfortable and refined vehicle we have ever owned. The 40 engine is plenty fast, and it is so smooth that you think you are going 55 when you look down and you are at 80! We traded in a 2018 Volvo XC90 that couldn’t hold a candle up to the X7’s drive, comfort, and luxury. The 3rd row is the biggest I’ve seen and accessing it is simple as touching a button, unlike the XC90 that I could never figure out how to move the 2nd row seats out of the way. Reliability is hard to gauge this early on but so far so good.
Victor Jamis, my service representative is the best in the business. I have been to the other 2 dealerships in the DFW area and BMW of Dallas is the best and it's because of Victor. He gives superior service.
To start, Ruben Ibarra has continuously assisted me with every visit ensuring I am attended to, satisfied with client service both in Sales Department and Service Department. He goes out of his way to make a client 100% satisfied by going above and beyond. KUDOS to your Team for having this incredible individual.

Loved the style of the X7 for the wife’s daily driver, they offered to let me drive it and the performance was incredible... Traded a 2017 Lexus 570 that felt like a barge compared to the BMW. After two weeks and 800 miles of use, once or twice I felt a slight hesitatation in the drivetrain. Once it gave me a warning of possible driveline malfunction. This afternoon I had to drive my Son to catch a flight about 150 miles away. About two hours into the trip approaching heavy traffic in Orlando Fl. In the middle lane of the Florida turnpike the engine starts surging and cuts-off. After slowing to a crawl.. flashers on someone let’s me over to the emergency lane. It wouldn’t start while rolling shifter in Neutral. I come to a complete stop turn everything off open doors. I get it to start after 5 mins and I get going but barley, feels like it lost a cylinder or turbo..misfiring like crazy. After 3 minutes of running smoothly it starts running roughly again..I did this same thing about 5,6 times trying to get a exit, each time it restarted it ran about half as long as the last reset.Long story short... my son called a lyft driver to catch his flight and I sat for an hour and a half waiting for BMW Roadside assistance. The dealership in Orlando was geese that’s too bad, you didn’t buy it from us... no loaner car. I called back to Tom Bush in Jacksonville and the two dealers did step up and helped me with a loaner car on a Saturday afternoon...Thank you Tom Bush and Fields BMW in Orlando.
Back to the X7 for a brand new car being two weeks old and a purchase price of a $139,000. I don’t expect to be stranded on the side of the road for hours.. further more BMW refused to have it shipped back to Jacksonville where I bought it saying it has to go to the nearest dealership. I told them that I couldn’t arrange for a loaner the woman says do you have anyone that can come get you? I would seriously not recommend this vechicle at this time, I can’t remember the last time a car left me stranded...probably 40 years ago when I was a teenager and ran it dry of fuel.
One more quick note after washing the car the rear view camera quits working until you dry it out and you have to open and close each door to reset the camera? What kind of quality is this.. I’d take the barge of the Lexus back in a minute... I’m just grateful that I was driving and not my wife sitting on the side of the road waiting for this unreliable piece of garbage to be towed!

Ryan leach is the sales who helped me smoothly transition from previously leased 3 series to x1 recently. He helped shorten the buying process and all beyond my expectation.
Matt Vallee was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He didn't seem to mind some of the dumb questions I had. We drove several cars around the lot before making a final selection. The whole process went smoothly. Matt was kind enough to help me clean out my trade in since I wasn't really prepared to turn it in. Mike in financing was also very knowledgeable and courteous. However, he had to apologize several times for the length of time it took to get the financing completed. My FICA score was 850. I don't know why the financing took so long. I arrived at the dealer about 3:00 PM and had my car selected and priced by 4:00 PM or so. I didn't get to leave until almost 7:00 PM. Three hours for financing seems way too long. Something needs to be done about the time it took for financing. I am enjoying my new 2018 Chevy Cruze in what I describe as Cardinal Red! I learn new things about it every day!

Had the pleasure of working with Mark Balzarini and Joe D'Orazio on configuring and ordering my new 435i. I asked a lot of questions and both of them were very fast responding to them. Once the order was placed Mark kept me updated with production number and boat name so that I could track the car from production, through the English Channel and finally to the Baltimore Port. Once at the port, Mark kept me updated on when the car was headed to the dealership. The best car buying total experience I ever had. The "unveiling" of the car in the showroom was over the top. I was not expecting that and really made an exclamation on the total process. Would definitely recommend both Mark and Joe.
We were extremely impressed with the dealer, from the facilities to the staff to the service. I would not hesitate to either return or recommend this dealer. We have owned six BMWs and can honestly say that this is by far the best experience we have had with BMW.
From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.
I went to Yonkers Auto Mall with my husband to make sure he didn't spend WAY too much money on a vehicle. So right away when we arrived we were greeted by Eric Boykin. He was such a cheerful and courteous gentleman. I asked 1002 questions about my BMW and he answered them all. And what I really liked is that if he didn't know the answer, he was honest and told me so but then immediately got the answer for me. He never complained when we broke down or while we froze him to death in our dilapidated Kia. He even gave me top dollar for it. And that hard working girl Gina. To watch her work will make you tired. She worked hard to get me the best payment that I can afford. I love my 2015 BMW and would recommend Eric to anyone that wants a great deal and an even better experience.

I had leased a BMW 3 series three years ago from Inskip. My lease was coming due and I received a call from Victor. I told him that I was interested in turning my 2015 BMW in and leasing a 2018. He asked me exactly what I wanted in terms of colors and options. He located the car, had it delivered to Inskip. Victor took care of my insurance and I picked up the car last Saturday. I would recommend Victor to anyone looking to either buy or lease a BMW. I will definitely go back to Victor when it is time for a new car. I would also like to point out that Ben Pigoga was very helpful in answering all of my questions and showing me how to set up my Bluetooth.
