Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Bought a 2017 4runner from Hasin at Atlanta car Sales, and I can’t give a bigger blessing from a skeptical used car lot buyer. Not only did he DIRECTLY answer my questions and concerns over the phone, he also went out of his way to pick me up from the airport when I flew in (Yes, I flew in from Texas because the price was that great). He brought the truck with him so I got to have a great long test drive and was very personable the entire way back to the dealership. Found a chip in the windshield and they discounted the vehicle so I can get it fixed back home. Sat down, and was on my way within about 45 mins. I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

Bought a used XC90 from them and it went smooth...price was better than most anyone I could find and I got in and out in about 2 hours all in. overall pretty happy and surely happy with the crazy low price I got. will come back.

Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

I’ve had so much trouble finding and buying a car over the last half year—I know this is largely due to inventory issues everywhere, however, after dealing with 15+ dealerships over a vast region, most places wouldn’t take ownership of services they are still in control of. They’d treat inventory as the scapegoat for everything, when customer service still matters so much. I’d either be immediately dismissed or forced to make a physical appt to get a simple answer that should have been a virtual delivery. That was until I met Nicole at Wolfchase Toyota—by far the best experience I had after searching in MS, SC, GA, ARK, NC, & TN!! She went above and beyond, being quick to respond and providing upfront, direct answers. I was in a pinch and the full transparency and honesty was such a time-saving gamechanger. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the cars and able to answer all my questions, but she was so personable and humanized what is normally a stale process of long waiting periods and never-ending form fills—she made it a fun! Her personality filled the room and put me at ease when making such a big decision. The rest of the staff at Wolfchase was wonderful, too! From the finance department to the delivery—I’m so confident with my purchase, and I would recommend anyone to go there!

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

This is my 6th BMW purchase d from this CarMax. Because of the Pandemic, this process is a little bit hectic. Lots of steps now to complete the purchase. The employees have to work a lot more to protect both the Buyer as well as the CarMax employees. I waited around a lot before I was able too complete my purchased. I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!
