Used BMW hatchbacks for sale near Concord, NC

We have 2 BMWs that we have serviced at Hendrick NorthLake. Recently we have had both cars in for service. One for some warranty work and another for general maintenance repairs. In both cases we worked with JR in the service dept and I can’t say enough good things about him. From the moment of drop off to pickup and the communication between he is above and beyond. I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

4cyl turbo engine is quick and smooth. Best navigation I have seen and great console improvements . Sleek design makes the BMW the best coupe in the luxury market.

I chose the M package with 20" wheels because it presented a sporty look and a lower stance. Comfortable, quiet and very good gas milage. The rear hatch provides you SUV capacity without detracting from the style of the car. Very pleased with my choice

I bought a 2015 with over 100K miles on it. I love the interior and the handling, and the utility of having a 3 series BMW with a hatchback. There's loads of room in the back seat and in the trunk area. I wish I could update the tech - it's based off v3.0 of wireless, so most of the built-in tech does not work. The car was well cared for, so I hope I can get through a few happy years of ownership without the notorious large BMW repair bills...

Purchased a 2014 Ford Escape from this CFM, which is approx an hr's drive from my home. It is a smaller dealership with a personal touch. Sales, finance and service worked with me every step of the way on this transaction. Before I drove off with my newly purchased car, they made 1 request: Should I have any problems, please give them an opportunity to make things right. As fate would have it, an unforseen problem did arise shortly thereafter. But true to their word, the problem was promptly resolved without issue. Having a satisfied customer when all goes perfectly with a transaction is great. But IMO, having one satisfied even when something goes wrong is more impressive.

Slightly larger then the 328i sedan but just as Sporty, Smooth drive, Reliable and with Great Utility. Great car for someone who likes speed and driving the kids around. I love this car!!

The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.

I always to my 2016 320i BMW to HENDRICK BMW-Northlake. The staff there and the service is always top tier. I?ve never had a bad experience there and I?ve been taking my car there for years. They always inform you of what?s going on with your car and will work with you. I want to give a special out to Andrew & JR! They?re the only 2 service representatives who have helped me, but they?re both very polite, courteous, and have excellent customer service skills!

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I bought my X5 BMW in 2018 (2019model) from Hendrick BMW. We bought the car because of its up dated safety standards, it beautiful designed interior, and over all great road performance. We were wonderfully surprised by the outstanding customer service advisors. Over the years I have to come to know Mariana Raga as my car advisor. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Mariana keeps me up dated on what needs to be done to care for my car, what I can expect the cost will be and helps to find best solutions for any difficulties that might arrive. She gives me the feeling that I have a person who cares about me. and listens to what I describe as issues. She is one of the reasons, after reviewing all of the similar competitor SUV’s for 2026, I decided to buy another BMW x5 hybrid. I know with Mariana, as my service adviser, our new car will continue to get excellent service.
