Hello my name is Diane and I purchased a vehicle from the dealership approximately two months ago. I had written a review that was not so kind and after working with Carlos I am posting this new review because when I posted the first Review I received a phone call within minutes of the review I posted it was the owner Carlos to my surprise he responded right away and called me he asked me to explain the situation which I did that right there told me that he cares about his customers and his business I explained everything and Carlos intern explain things to me and I went back the next day and Carlos worked everything out to make sure that I was a happy customer in these days in time it is difficult to find that type of service he showed me that he cared and he wanted me to have the vehicle of my choice and make sure I was happy Carlos took the time to explain everything more than one time! He and his team do care and will work with you to make sure that you’re satisfied. He even let me take the vehicle to my own mechanic which was a good thing. I purchased the truck I wanted and have stayed in touch with Carlos he always calls me back and answers my questions. As I said before it is rare to find someone that goes the extra mile which is just what he did! If you go somewhere to purchase a vehicle I would suggest that you stop here first because he will definitely get the Customer Service that you’re looking for thank you Carlos for your time and thank you to your team for being quick and efficient. Drive safely everyone in your new vehicle from this dealership! By the way I did buy the vehicle and it was so clean and well taken care of as soon as I saw it I knew I wanted it!

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I had driven by this dealership many times when staying with my elderly Dad in Sewell and always admired the exceptional selection of vehicles that were featured for sale on their lot. When back home in Philadelphia , I never imagined that my search for a newer Lincoln Navigator would take me right to the place I always admired, but there I was. Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

went to this dealer looking for a used honda and had another car for a trade in, we talked, made a deal and i got the honda and they gave me a good deal on my trade, the car did not come with a spare key and the dealer worked on getting me a spare key.

2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

So reliable and fun to drive, even in snow. I’m tall and seats are comfy, even in rear. Very versatile with good cargo space. Love the kick-to-open rear door. Mileage is around 28 mpg, it requires premium fuel. It drives a little sluggish when not in Sport mode.

Great Car with plenty of easy access room with back hatch. Fast twin turbo 35i, loaded - heated front & back seats, heated steering wheel.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

BEST CAR EVER, I BOUGTH IT ON 2018 WITH 44000 MILES. STILL RUNNING PERFECT WITH 180000 MILES. GREAT POWER ON COMFORT DRIVE. ON ECO DRIVE YOU LOSE A LOT OF POWER BUT YOU SAVE GAS. IT HAS A GREAT STABILITY ON HIGHWAY. THE MUSIC SOUND SYSTEM IS POWERFUL!!
