I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

I stopped by the dealership to find a car for my Niece. They had a excellent selection of used vehicles , low miles and all at a great price. The sales staff we’re extremely helpful and courteous also very patient with helping her find The perfect vehicle they, allowed us to go on several test drives until she found one the one she really liked and could afford. This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! These guys are amazing! Our old car was on its very last legs and they helped us find a car within our budget that'll last us longer than our last three cars combined. While we waited for paperwork to go through and stuff, we had a GREAT conversation! I am 1st owner in my 2008 bmw x3 , I have 110,XXX. This car has been so reliable that I will not get rid of it, I mean why? Besides Wear n tear, ive replaced the alternator and coolant. The key is to buy the bmw brand and a mechanic who knows how to work on it. Before this car I had a 94' 318i in 1998-2007 that finally gave out at 220,xxx. Had I known the mechanic I have now, probably would've lasted longer.

I bought my car three years ago. I am very impressed with the smoothness of the drive, reliability, and features. With over 170,000 miles, primarily maintenance items only. Are dealers in repair shops will try to charge more based on the vehicle, but maintenance is quite easy and inexpensive if you do them yourself. It is important to regularly change the oil and filter every 5000 to 7500 miles to keep it operating smoothly. Only non-maintenance repairs include front CV shafts ($160), Control Arm ($110) and Fuel Pump ($140) which I found videos on YouTube and completed within two hours each. Regular oil and filter changes ($30) take 15 minutes and very easy to access. If you don’t mind doing the work yourself, the car is inexpensive to keep and maintain, gets good gas mileage (28mpg), drives excellent, and looks great.

I always love BMWs. This is my favorite and most reliable. It's a 2012 with 90k miles and is experiencing only "older car" issues. Love the ease of the top and the size is perfect for me. Warning: be careful of servicing at dealerships. My top was stuck up. Dealership told me $3500 to fix. My regular mechanic told me it was only a little plastic piece and replaced for $0. My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.

It has the m sport package so it comes with sport suspension and lowered, m bumper, paddle shifters and m steering wheel, sports seats. It is what I hoped for really. Great fun to drive and the kids enjoy it! Win all around.

I drove 950 miles to buy a specific used car and it was worth it!! The vehicle was just as described. The salesman knew I would be less than happy if it wasn't. After the deal had been agreed to the owner came out to me and noticed the gas tank was less than1/4 tank and handed me a "L" note and apologized for the tank not having more in it! A truly nice gesture.

He stayed late while I worked through a slow decision process so I wouldn't have to make another long trip back to the dealership. I bought a nissan 370z with 112k miles at this place for, after taxes, 11.5K just a little over two years ago. Now it has over 125k miles on it and of course modified it and so far zero major problems. Still runs like a clock. Although check engine light came on after a week of owning it and has been on ever since. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was i was promised all i needed to bring to get the car was the down payment and proof of insurance. I get there and im asked for proof of income and proof of my home address. So i that doubled the time it took for me to buy the car trying to get those things that werent mentioned in me needing to purchase the car. Still a got this great car for a great price though.

I bought my 2004 325i in 2005 with about 20,000 km on it. It has been very reliable and has all the features I could want in a car. It's still running perfectly with about 275,000 km on it now. I do maintenance as recommended by the BMW club which includes some preventive maintenance. Repair costs have been about the same as other cars. If you are looking for a good used car, the 2003 to 2005 BMW 325i should be on your list.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Premium Motors. The staff is great. They are helpful,friendly and non pushy. They even brought my new car to my home for me. This is my 4th BMW and the best one yet. I love the way it drives and feels so comfortable. No major problems in the 6 years I have had it.

Purchased my 07 BMW 328xi (E90) quite used, with 189,000 miles on it, and nearly no issues at all but for a badly-needed head unit upgrade and probably a systems software update (since it has no USB drives built into it, I'm unable to download and install the system software updates myself. Not a huge fan of the clonky iDrive or whatever it's called; seems a bit overkill. The factory DVD drive exclusively for Nav installation updates (that are now so beyond obsolete, they aren't even available,) is one of the more ridiculous decisions BMW made with this car. No full-size spare on extra rim in the trunk, which I thought was a German automotive norm, having owned four Audi A4s prior to this BMW. I was more than a little disappointed to find not only no full-size spare, but not even the space for one if you wanted one, and not even a spare tire of any sort, not even a lousy donut. And I get it, BMW has great faith in their "run-flat" tires. But every Audi I've owned has had not only factory run-flat tires, but ALSO the full-size spare rim and tire in a special compartment under the trunk. I'm stumped as to this continued oversight in BMW's decisions. The trunk location of the battery was a surprise, though now, having located three individual positive charging prods (two on the battery in the trunk, one on the upper left near the washer fluid reservoir,) I am decidedly a fan of having flexibility in car positioning for jumping other cars. I can't be positive, but I assume the floor mats that came with mine are factory, based on what I've seen online and the weird and raggedy shape of these horrendous things. Total fail, if so. I've had better stock floor mats in junky minivans than these frumpy little, not-quite-sized-right and with a weird flap of carpeting that sticks nearly onto the accelerator pedal itself, although it's unable to be tucked at all into the space underneath the pedals. Yuck. I expected better than these. Factory speakers throughout entire car still nearly mint, sound fantastic, and the audio controls allow for some pretty unique audio options (like the option to have the music automatically increase in volume as the car increases in speed lol. That's a funky little quirky. Um, can we real talk, BMW, about this whole outdated 90's-style popout cupholder situation? 🤔 I won't pretend to understand what the heck went on during that embarrassing decision, but man, that's not a good look or functional, you guys. Yeesh. Otherwise, so far so good. Smooth, comfy, classic style, beautiful paint color, impressive little car.
