Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

First of all, I showed up one week early for my appointment lol ! I thought I was scheduled for an oil change , tire rotation , and PA inspection but got the date mixed up. After driving all the way there I was so disappointed but the manager said well you?re willing to wait an extra 30 to 40 minutes we can do our best to see you! I said great I brought a good book to read! 90 minutes later my car was ready to go!! I really appreciated that they made the effort to fit me into their busy schedule!! Great service!

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Joshua Mentzer is the real deal. From the minute my daughter and I showed up to test drive a used VW Jetta, Josh treated us as though we were there to purchase the top-of-the-line Benz. He took us on an extensive test drive, that thoroughly put the Jetta through its paces. He made us feel as though we were on a Sunday drive with the family. He talked my daughter through the features, demonstrated how to use them, spoke to my daughter and not just me (this is rare, kudos to you Josh), and answered all our questions. We placed a down payment and came back the next day after transferring money in the bank. Unfortunately, my daughter's insurance did not kick in until the day after and it was then that Josh elevated his service to the gold medal round. He offered to deliver the car to my daughter the next day. We live 1 hour and 20 minutes away. I challenge anyone to beat the service that Josh represents. This is a real testimony to this Mercedes Benz dealership. I will definitely check out MB of Lancaster when I am looking for my next car and will be asking for Josh. Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

Eli H was wonderful..he was so nice dealing with my tired kids..he gave us exactly what we wanted without pressure or trying to sell us something else. There was a question regarding the service...Mercedes Benz and I had scheduled an appointment a few weeks prior to service. They put me down for a "Service B," and the car was "yelling" for a "Service A1." Brandon called me the morning of the Service to let me know that the driver was ready to deliver the loaner. We discussed the service "dilemma." At one time, I'd put 20,000 miles per year on my vehicles just commuting to work. Now that I have retired, I am under the "5,000 mile Emissions Exempt" mileage per year. Brandon and I decided to go with "time" instead of mileage for the service. "She's" a 2020, and is going on 6-years old now. Gave "her" the 5-year service. Told Brandon that next year, it'll be tires and a battery. And could they give "her" a good cleaning? I usually thoroughly clean and detail "her" twice a year. Something else that has been quite time-consuming came up this year. I took a chance, and asked Brandon about Mercedes Benz "cleaning her up," including detailing for me. That was done, too. A well-maintained car will last a long time. And Mercedes Benz vehicles have a reputation for "aging gracefully" if kept well. "She's" not the biggest, fanciest Mercedes out there, but with people like Brandon, the cleaning crew, establishments like Lancaster Mercedes Benz, and myself, "she" should look good, and run good for may years to come.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW

Nice experience. No high-pressured sales people. Lots of inventory. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of five is because they told me they had two keys to the vehicle I was buying but there was only one. They told me I would have to come back another day to have a key made (They're 100 miles ways from me.) They would not cut me a check so I could have one made locally.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

this is the first time in all the years I have my vehicle that when I got my oil change I did not have to add oil. Everytime before this I had to add oil a day or two later. Who ever did the oil change was great. Thanks

Ken at Manheim Imports was such a pleasure to work with as was the whole team! The place was very busy with other customers, but they pulled in more help to make the process run smooth and quickly. Price of vehicle was already below market average saving is time and hassle on negotiating a price. We ended up going with a different car then we had originally gone to look at. The vehicle is in great condition and looked like the photos on their listing. Since it was a Tesla, they made sure we were comfortable with driving and all the features before we drove off to head home. Would highly recommend this dealership and Ken.

I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.
