The car shares its Mini Cooper developed chassis with the 1 series, X1 and X2 vehicles. In the M235i format this thing is exceedingly quick with a 0-60 of 4.4 seconds at sea level. The exhaust is playful with constant growls and pops it exudes a more youthful spirit when compared to larger BMWs. The interior is very comfortable and spacious despite the size of the car. The suspension is tight and poised during corners, it is a baby M so don’t expect the soft dampening of standard BMWs. Every time I start this up it pops and bangs, brings a smile to my face. Recaptures the feeling of BMWs from 20 years ago when they were smaller and more driver focused.

The car buying process at Habberstad BMW was rather straightforward. My salesperson, Paola, was very helpful in scheduling a visit to view the car and test drive, and answering any questions I had. Only once we were satisfied with the car did we move on to speaking about payment. Habberstad BMW didn't tack on any hidden fees, so taxes, titles, and document fees were the only additional costs, which they made transparent from the start. When it came to purchasing and picking up, the process was streamlined and was done in no more than one hour. After papers were signed, I was able to drive the car home and enjoy it. I love everything about this car and for me, the ultimate driving experience. Bought 3 years ago with 54K miles. Now at 93K miles with NO mechanical or system problems always following regular maintenance. Just had BMW's Multipoint inspection during a scheduled oil change and passsed every category with flying colors. BMW dealer even offered to buy it from me. And, extra bonus with average 30 miles per gallon.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

5 star experience with Rallye BMW and John Botti! John went above and beyond in every possible way. I reached out to him back in April to inquire about pricing/availability on the X1 and X3. My fiancé and I both wanted to switch to BMW when our Audi and Honda leases ended. John promptly answered my initial email within an hour, and subsequent to that first email, I think we have over 200 emails in total. We went through options and pricing, and then John had me custom build the cars we wanted through BMW's website. The deal he came up with was amazing for the 2 cars. Audi could not even come close to matching what he was giving me (and I was driving a fully loaded Audi Q5). We sent the build codes over to John and then he called me and went through each and every feature on both models to make sure we had everything we needed and nothing we didn't want. We talked through it all and decided on the final builds. John then placed the orders for us. He kept in constant communication with when the cars were scheduled to arrive and notified us once the cars were in. The process was completely seamless. We met with finance manager Charlie when I got my X3 last week, and met with Hassan today when picking up my fiancé's X1. Both managers were professional and easy to work with. We were in and out of their offices in 10 minutes. The genius guys showed us how to use and set up all the features, pair our phones, etc. Everyone is wearing a mask at all times. When you enter the dealership you have to fill out a form regarding COVID and sanitize your hands. They offer a box of "clean" pens. Once you use the pen, you put it in the "used" box after. They are definitely taking all precautions and safety measures. I can't recommend BMW enough. I drove a fully loaded Audi Q5 for 3 years and it truly does not even compare to my fully loaded X3. The X3 handles incredibly better on turns, accelerates better, and the interior is far nicer. The CarPlay connects wirelessly and the use of the entire system is seamless. I honestly didn't know how to use half of the functions on my Q5 for 3 years. The X3 is a superior car and I am so happy we made the switch to BMW! Thank you again John Botti- you are truly the best. Customer service was certainly above and beyond anything we could have expected.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

Blake was our sales person and could not say enough about our interaction. We never felt pressured but we felt he heard what we wanted and showed us options that checked all of the boxes. We weren’t pressured to leave money down when we were still contemplating. Blake did keep in touch with us to see what our feelings were about the options. Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

I have been working with a sales specialist/BMW Genius James K for an i4 (stunning Dravit Gray w/red interior) at Habberstad Bay Shore BMW. James is incredibly knowledgeable, very customer service oriented and always responds to any inquires, truly personal treatment. I had a question on pricing that he escalated to the Manager Larry and they accommodated best market pricing even in this difficult market. Habberstad BMW is farther from me than a local BMW dealer but I will use them because of their customer loyalty. James went to bat for me on pricing and this reinforced that the relationship is more important than just a few dollars. A+ to James K. in sales and Larry in management for their customer care. I would highly recommend James if you need a car.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.
