I had to wait over two hours for and oil change. I understand they are busy and I also had a tire repaired. I think maybe I should factor in that they do a 30 point inspection.

It is due to my age the ultimate driving machine, the performance and fuel efficiency are fantastic it is what you expect from a BMW. The only thing I don’t have anything good to say is the ultra expensive of the dealers maintenance cost unless you have some really good mechanic to see your car and retired that I am you spend a fortiune paying for service no other complain.

A great, fun sports car, but proved to be impracticable for my needs. Due to the "sports car" design neither my husband nor sister could sit comfortably in the car. Also, passengers could not sit in the back sit.

Based upon a recommendation by a fellow worker I took my VW Tiguan to Larchmere for Check Engine light prior to my Echeck. Bryan and Jeff and their mechanics corrected the problem and Bryan explained in detail what the problem was. The next time I go there will be for brakes. Recently purchased 2013 bmw 528i Xdrive - Alpine white over cinnamon brown beautiful spec. 80k miles - 6 months later no problems. Equipped with cold weather package - and 360 camera. Amazing technology for the year. The illuminated door handles at night really provide a luxury feel before entering the comfortable interior. Extremely smooth drive but then you put it in Sport mode and everything changes - faster throttle response. Tighter steering, propelling you forward leaving everyone in your rear view. The sound system although not specified as Harman/Kardon still is loud enough for me to not care. Really loud and stock Bluetooth connectivity is great. Engine has light rattle sound on start up but it’s a common noise for that base engine and gets quieter when engine warms up. First bmw and easily stands out as one of my favorite cars owned to date.

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

Watch out for scams these cars are at least worth 11,000 dollars. Besides that this cars motor was designed by BMW's F1 Team and in my opinion one of the best engines made in the 80's.

I had a great experience when I bought my x4 at Cleveland BMW. Odin Greene was a very good sales person. He saw to it that all my requests were taken care of. I saw the car I wanted online, he held it for me until I could get there from DC, and all the transactions went smoothly. All other personnel were equally as cordial. Again, I was very satisfied with the service I received from BMW of Cleveland.

Great navigation system, roomy interior, stylish, easy to drive, large trunk space. The memory seat adjustment is a plus. Also has a great sound system.

As has been written and discussed by many on Rennlist and other forums, Doug has endless integrity. And he is a forgiving soul to boot as I left him hanging on $250 for months and he never said a word. I felt so bad once I got around to squaring up --he is simply the nicest person period...and absolutely the most transparent car dealer you will ever come across . I will forever use him for buying and selling these rare cars as I just don't trust anyone else.

BMW's, specifically M series can sometimes get a bad rep for reliability and the markup in service cost if out of warranty. This couldn't be further from the truth...I've owned two f80 M3s and these things are extremely well-engineered and other than the random crankhub issues (typically caused by loose crankbolts from the factory or bad tunes that on-ramp torque too quickly) these cars are bullet-proof. I've put over 70,000 miles on this chassis and have had ZERO headaches, zero mechanical surprises and nothing but a xxxx eating grin from ear to ear each and every time I drive one. BMW did a knockout job mechanically and cosemetically with this generation F8X M3 and they've prooven to hold-up against the test of time. With petrol engines being phased out, this car is sure to continue to hold it's value!!!
