STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Just had my tires swap and alignment done. Everything was courteous and professional. The quality of service is excellent. Danielle is wonderful. Responsible and responsive.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Brakes needed replacement at low mileage (20k). Car hasnt had any other major problems. The auto stop start has been getting a bit rough and I expect to replace the starter sometime soon. Great gas mileage before hitting 100k miles 30 city / 35 highway. After 100k miles I average 23 city / 28 highway. Car has become slightly slower as mileage has gone up but still great performance. This car was floored multiple times everyday of ownership and I averaged 48k miles a year on this car. This little hybrid has been abused and beat daily and is still running great. This car came maxed out with a steep cost of over 50k and depreciation has affected this car heavily due to mileage per year.

I found the vehicle I wanted online. I sent an email and immediately received a response. They were this way through the entire process. Never once did I not know what was going on. It felt like you were working with people you knew rather than a car dealership. Everyone was personable and down to earth. James was who we dealt with and he was awesome. 10/10 for this place. I waited a full year before writing a review. I'm not a stranger to high performance and/or luxury cars, having owned a variety including two V-12 Jaguars, but this is my first BMW. I totally love it! Thanks to BMW's Individual Manufaktur program I was able to order it with a beautiful special order paint and a all merino leather interior. It's extremely comfortable on the highway during several long trips and gets around 29 mpg averaging close to 70 mph. Amazing considering the size of the car and the twin turbo V-8. Playing around it handles great and, in sport mode, is both very quick and very fast. Everything I see and touch gives me a nice luxury feel, while the heated and ventilated seats keep me very comfortable. In my first year I've had zero problems and zero cost of maintenance. The technology is great and kept up to date with over-the-air updates. My BMW app lets me see its status, and I can use it to plan a trip on my phone and transmit it to the car along with a desired departure time so the car is warmed or cooled and the trip is in the nav system when I get in. All in all I couldn't be happier.

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

All expectations met. Great costumer service. Easy in and out and all around service. Waiting area is very comfortable. It was nice to be greeted by Tony, sales person that helped me with my purchase.

Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

I've been a BMW fan for many years, and this 428i has not disappointed. It drives and handles just as it should, and the 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is excellent. The seatbelt 'presenters' do not work well, and the door pull handles melt in the Florida heat; other than those two little annoyances, this is an exceptional automobile.

Recently purchased a 2020 Guilia Quadrifoglio. My out of state purchase was amazing. The selection of Quadrifoglios was the best in the nation. Working with both Ron and the sales manager Mike was a low pressure, simple experience. We quickly negotiated the price and the car arrived within days to my driveway free of charge. I highly recommend Alfa of Strongsville.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Once again I’m at my favorite dealership trying to learn how to operate. Gavin has patiently shown me how to navigate from my cell phone to the display scene. Was super helpful.

I like to buy my cars at the end of December/beginning of January. I feel I get a better deal! I searched extensively, and Superior Used Cars, Inc., happened to have EXACTLY what I wanted! That's the first 'to do', finding what you want! So I go there, and let's all admit something..........there's a bit of skepticism pulling into a 'local used car lot', that's not all bright and lit up like all the Fancy Pant's New Car Lot Dealerships. I wasn't there for 60 seconds, that Dave (Sales Manager) was handing me the key to the Honda I wanted to test drive, and take to my wife on her lunch break, to get her approval. I gave Dave a copy of my license, and left the keys to my truck with him, and down Route 8 I went. My wife saw it and said 'Let's do it"........so I went back, and explained to Dave a couple of concerns I had. He made a list of "What we owe you", and he would not allow the vehicle to leave the lot, without those Items being taken care of in their garage. They have a 3 bay garage, with full time mechanics. ALL people we encountered were very nice, and clearly all TEAM PLAYERS! Financing went very smooth (as smooth can be; we ALL hate that paper work part of the process, but there's nothing we can do about it, because all of those documents 'are the law', so you need to go into the car buying process, with that expectation that , well, 'it is what it is! To get a car, you have to sign here and here and here.....". Long story short, you need not 'Judge a book by it's cover' when it comes to Superior Used Cars, Inc; they don't have all of that expensive overhead like the 'big boys' do! I am a business owner of 27 years now.......Superior has been in business for a LONG TIME too......there's a reason for that; they do what they say they will do! I know from personal experience, to keep a business going for 3 years, is tricky enough; let alone more than 2 decades!

Its so comfortable, fast, sport, low mileage, so clean . It is 2013 with 67k mileage, honestly so clean look like new car .new tire and full service
