Just purchased a new CX-30. Very pleasant experience! Our salesman was Mike and he was great and very knowledgeable of the accessories. We spent extra time with him on learning all the SUV features and he didn’t mind at all!

While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!

We looked all over Colorado Springs, Boulder, and Denver for a 2022 Honda HRV. Markley Motors had one and although there were some snags to getting everything done smoothly, I cannot say enough about the customer service, honesty, and calm personality that Brad provided. Wait on shop repair due to the power outage that occurred over two weeks once power restored had to make an appointment when I arrived.

When you walk into the room it doesn't feel like a dealership it feels like a home that you know you can feel safe in you won't feel judge

The buying process was great. Our salesman was fantastic as well as the finance department. My only gripe is how long it took once we said yes to a vehicle to drive the vehicle off the lot. Once everything is a go, we should not be there for 4 hours to finalize a deal. We should be out within an hour. The finance manager had to walk between 2 buildings multiple times, she should have had an office in the Lincoln building as well. A lot of unnecessary wasted time. Please improve this process, should not be a difficult change.
