Having spent 35 years investigating and resolving claims for a large insurance company, I was versed in physical damage restoration. They located all damaged parts and relied upon Mercedes for any mechanical needed on the MB diesel engine. They finished repairs on the date promised and did professional work on body restoration. They communicated with me on a regular basis. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff documented all damage with photos and detailed explanations. This “0ld Claimsman” was impressed.
