To my pleasant surprise the approach was quite the opposite and Terry, along with members of the sales staff, all seemed genuinely happy to provide service work without the sales pitch. The work was completed quickly and the car remains the reliable and fun-to-drive car that has been a testament to the make's time-honored claim as "Standard of the World". Even when I mentioned that a new Cadillac might be in the cards someday, the staff was happy to know they were helping keep one of the most iconic models that Cadillac has produced in recent years on the road. Overall good drove over three hours to arrive, pain that policy is they don?t accept checks or certified checks when purchasing outright. Did money transfer before leaving home and waited an hour at dealership for verification of transfer total four hours (ridicules). Other than that process was simple enough.
