I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. Good service on my 9 year-old Lacrosse. Having always had the car serviced by Napelton, I am happy to report that it runs as beautifully as the day I bought it.

Kept me informed of status of repair so I could decide if I wanted to wait for the repair. Customer waiting area always clean and comfortable. If the repair extends longer than I can wait, will provide.a ride home which is a great service. Always explains what is needed and what can wait until next service date so I can be prepared for future maintenance. This helps me keep my car in great shape and prevents major issues.
