Pleasantly surprised purchasing a 2023 Terrain AT4 with the sales person's, (Matt Martin), product knowledge and the efficiency of the actual sale. Vehicle was exceptionally well prepped and no pressure with extend warranty, protection plans, etc.

My vehicle needed an oil change and other maintenance. I got a ride home and back to the dealership so I didn't have to wait. This was my second time having work done at this dealership and both times I had excellent service. John, who wrote up the order on both visits, was very nice and friendly. Overall, I could not be happier with my experience with the Service department at Bob Jeannotte Buick GMC. Justin and his team took excellent care of me, and my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. With his help, my truck should run forever but when I am in the market for a new GMC pick-up, I'm coming to Bob Jeannotte. The Service Department has set the bar extremely high however, so the Sales Department has a high mark to aim for. I have every confidence that they'll hit a home run when the time comes, though.

Since then my wife and I have purchased 5 Kia’s and as of this writing, Serra has NOT disappointed us ONCE ! Notably the staff , Teresa , service coordinator, Tim in service, Tom sales , Nancy sales , have been outstanding over the years! Thank you all again.
