Overall, I could not be happier with my experience with the Service department at Bob Jeannotte Buick GMC. Justin and his team took excellent care of me, and my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. With his help, my truck should run forever but when I am in the market for a new GMC pick-up, I'm coming to Bob Jeannotte. The Service Department has set the bar extremely high however, so the Sales Department has a high mark to aim for. I have every confidence that they'll hit a home run when the time comes, though.

The staff at Jim Causley in Clinton Township, MI were outstanding. Very thorough and extremely helpful. Mr Makowski is always willing to help with better pricing and better techs to keep your investment in perfect running order. It's where I go! They even do a video with audio explaining what they see under the hood and under the car. Try it, you will see a state of the art service department with the very best and newest technology. Those videos let you see the things you may not be able to see and they definitely explain everything. Every dealer needs to learn about integrity like this.
