I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Was in town for my sons lacrosse tournament when our 2022 Equinox broke down. Limped it over to your dealership at 7:30 in the morning to hopefully get an idea what was wrong. I was not expecting any miracles especially without a appointment as a matter of fact I figured I would be stuck there a few days until they could get to it. GET THIS...Bryon Steinke(employee of the month) greeted me and listened to my problem even though he was backed up with customers as far as the eye could see. Took my car and said lets see what we can do. Had me out of there in less than an hour, WAIT...it gets better. He called me Monday morning to see if me and my family got home safely!!!! Who is this guy and where did you find him because there is nobody in customer service like him any more!!! Can't say "thank you" enough times for what he did for us, that is a great employee you have there and you are a great dealership!!

I absolutely love this car. While being priced on the high end, this is a luxury car that delivers. With 310 horsepower, 9 cylinder transmission, and luxurious interior appointments, this car delivers power and can definitely leave you feeling spoiled. The only issues that I have seen are really minor. The fuel door, when opened, can actually dent the body of the vehicle. The interior shade on the moonroof is a manual latch, not mechanical. It simply seems a little cheap compared to the rest of the car. My model is an Avenir model, but it does not have the advanced cruise control or the self parking modes. It did not have a significant price drop for not having these options and I am not sure why an Avenir model did not have all of the options available. I had to buy it during the chip shortage and took what was available. Altogether, this is the nicest car I have ever owned and I am very pleased!

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.
