The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

Shopping for a new vehicle ranks right up at the top of my list of things I dread doing. So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! Out of frustration, we decided to just go to the auto mall at Southpoint. As we wandered the lots, a salesman, Tarik Adas approached us from the Hendricks Buick/GMC dealership. Such a delightful and well informed salesman! No high pressure sale; he just listened to what we were looking for. He made several suggestions to try out for size and then showed us a vehicle that checked all the boxes and then some! Dealing with Abdul Aldanab in the Finance Department was very easy and he was able to offer us some options and extras that will help protect our new vehicle for years to come. We certainly did not go with the intention of purchasing a Buick, but we are loving the new ride! And like the commercial says . . . “It’s not your grandpa’s Buick!

I drove 2-1/2 hours to buy a car from these people and it was worth it. I passed up no less than 5 Hyundai dealerships to get to this one and let me tell you why. I wanted to buy my wife a Palisade. I quickly found out that Hyundai Palisades were in high demand. Most dealerships had only one or two and they were moving so fast that everyone was charging above sticker. Though everyone claimed to be offering more on trades than KBB, the first two local dealerships only offered me the bottom of the KBB range, then wanted $2,500 over sticker. One of them didn't even have a car to sell me and still wanted to sell me...I'm not sure what he was selling me. I started calling around and shopping in Houston. The first offered exactly what the local dealerships did. The second promised to beat any deal by $1,000 or more. I sent them my previous deal and they stopped returning my calls. 3 days later after several tries, no one would call me back. The third Houston dealership really did try. They gave me a great deal but the car they had didn't have exactly what we wanted. They tried to trade with other dealerships, but it never worked out. Thru that process, I ended up reaching out to Phillip Lam, one of the Texan Hyundai managers, who had me send him the details of what I wanted. He said, he would make it happen and asked me to make the trip. We drove 2-1/2" hours to see him and he did not disappoint. He ended up giving me a better deal than what I asked for. He paired me with Alan Perez and they worked really hard for our business. A lot of research and effort led me here. I hope my efforts and research can lead you there too.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. Hyundai palisade 2023 are hard to get period, but they have great stock and of they dont have it they will get it asap. I had been looking and waiting for 2 mpnths plus. Alvaro and Esther were amazing. The whole team came together and made it happen and delivery was 3 days for my hyundai palisade xrt 2023. Black on black n they added in beautiful red calipers and tint because they r great! I love their service.

Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

My overall experience with Classic Elite was very good! The people were great. My service advisor was Holly Widman and she was great to work with. The only drawback was the time it took.

I can't write too much about this vehicle. The shop has had it longer than me. There seems to be an "out of balance" kind of shake when the vehicle reaches about 25 MPH. I have no doubt that the service team will find and correct the problem. I purchased this vehicle based on the fact that my mother had a Somerset and lent it to me for a week. That car was very comfortable and I knew this Enclave would live up to those standards. The SUV comfort was off the charts compared to that Somerset. For the short time I have driven it, I was pleased. I hope the shop finds the problem soon. I miss the comfort

It is very comfortable and has all the perks whistles and bells you need for a trip to grocery store a a long vacation. Good gas mileage and plenty of performance. A safe car that is a pleasure to drive!
