Joe my service representative was honest and diligent. He assisted me with getting a part for the outside of my car and installed it while I waited.

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

I always receive great service at this dealership whether buying a car or servicing a car.

ENCORE IS THE PERFECT SIZE, YOU DON'T SIT REAL LOW AND IT'S NOT SO HIGH YOU NEED A STEP STOOL TO GET INTO IT WHICH IS WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT THE ENCORE!!

In the early 2000’s “we” bought our first Kia’s and our experience with service at other dealerships was less than satisfying , Then for routine maintenance we went to Serra Kia And the contrast was striking ! We were treated respectfully EVERYTHING was explained clearly and all are questions were addressed promptly. Since then my wife and I have purchased 5 Kia’s and as of this writing, Serra has NOT disappointed us ONCE ! Notably the staff , Teresa , service coordinator, Tim in service, Tom sales , Nancy sales , have been outstanding over the years! Thank you all again.

My vehicle needed an oil change and other maintenance. I got a ride home and back to the dealership so I didn't have to wait. This was my second time having work done at this dealership and both times I had excellent service. John, who wrote up the order on both visits, was very nice and friendly. This is a good place to bring your vehicle for service.

The staff at Jim Causley in Clinton Township, MI were outstanding. Very thorough and extremely helpful. I went into the dealership to do my homework regarding purchasing a Buick and left with a beautiful Buick Envision. I had the opportunity to meet with Willard Shell. He was patient, highly knowledgeable and very helpful. I would completely recommend Causley and Willard Shell to everyone. Also Julie Krupa was amazing in completing all the paperwork.

Overall, I could not be happier with my experience with the Service department at Bob Jeannotte Buick GMC. Justin and his team took excellent care of me, and my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. With his help, my truck should run forever but when I am in the market for a new GMC pick-up, I'm coming to Bob Jeannotte. The Service Department has set the bar extremely high however, so the Sales Department has a high mark to aim for. I have every confidence that they'll hit a home run when the time comes, though.
